It's more like the Bruins NOT putting one on...

Wow.  Good game if your a Sharks fan!  Can't say I didn't see it coming.

Nice to see Joe, for the 5:13 he was there.  Don't quite agree with the game misconduct call.  I'm not much of a Bruins fan, never was, but it would have been cool to see him play the entire game.  The Sharks definitly came to play, I don't know where the Bruins were.

It was great to see the Sharks beat the Bruins, 6-2, it is really hard to be a Boston Bruins fan anymore with the present managment, 34 years since they one the cup.

Just like when the Cats were here in Worcester with there AHL IceCatsTeam , I was great  fan of St. Louis, now I am a really  loyal Shark fan and was great to watch the Sharks beat up the Boston Bruins last night.

210, was that you I heard booing when the IceCats slumped real bad? ;-)

Sure was...no matter which slump you were refering to.

But I never jumped off the bandwagon. EVER.

This is true......

210, I am a true fan, when Joe Thorton got traded to the Sharks I knew it was over again for the Bruins, so I just jumped ship to San Jose after the trade, after they brought a New AHL Worcester Sharks team here I am became an instant fan for there team.

Boston Bruins will be the same old one we are used to watching every year, scraping for a playoff spot etc. anyway 34 years is too much so I will be rooting for the Sharks.

Just want you to know I never gave up on the Cats and always was a dedicated fan, even in those tough early years.

You gave up on the Bruins and call yourself a true fan.

Forgive me if I disagree.

210

Like I said 34 years is to much...I am a total AHL & NHL Shark Fan now given there dedication to this city, just like I was for St. Loius and the Cats when they affilated.

Time for the whole managment team to walk the plank in Boston  for the Boston Ruins teams they keep putting out, thanks to the Jacobs Family PopCorn, Peanuts & Beer sales are more important and all I have to say is Thanks for the Bad Memories to the Jacobs as the team has no chance.

So there's no other reason that you're giving up on the Bruins?

And before you answer, I already know the answer to that question. ;)

I spent over half my life at the Centrum (literally.  I'm 19), and half the time I was yelling maliciously for them to score a friggin' goal.  I went home dozens of times saying I'd never go back to see the stupid team again (yeah, at the ripe old age of 12).  But I stilled loved them.  Hockey is hockey, whatever team it is.  I gave up on the IceCats all the time, and I was a true fan.  In my opinion, watching another team doesn't make one an untrue fan.  God knows we don't have to spend our money watching a team lose game after game.  I know I was always rooting for the Cats, even if I said I wanted them to lose out of disgust.  But what do I know?  Like I said, I'm 19.

I'll probably get no response to this since I am too lazy to create an account or whatnot, but I would compare the situation that we are talking about to most Yankee fans in New England.  They used to cheer for the Red Sox but now do not because they will "never win".  They then become Yankee fans because the Yankees always win. Were these people ever true Red Sox fans? No they were not.  I believe this is the same situation that is being talked about right now.
